Have a question, found a bug, or want to suggest a tool that should be on SlimUtils? We genuinely read every message and most of the tools you see on the site started as a user suggestion or a problem someone shared with us.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. For urgent issues (security vulnerabilities, takedown requests), expect a response within 24 hours.
What to Email Us About
- Bug reports — if a tool produces incorrect results, refuses to load, or breaks in a specific browser, let us know. Please include the tool name, what you expected, what actually happened, and your browser + operating system.
- Feature requests — if a tool is missing a feature you need (a new format, a new option, a new edge case), describe what you want to do and we will consider adding it. Most feature additions ship within 1–2 weeks.
- Tool suggestions — if you keep searching for a clean version of a specific calculator or converter that does not exist anywhere, tell us. Tools we build are usually based on real user need rather than guesses.
- Business inquiries — partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, custom tool development, or licensing questions. We are open to discussion if there is a clear fit.
- Privacy and data requests — to exercise your rights under GDPR or CCPA (access, deletion, objection), use the same email address. We respond within 30 days as required.
- DMCA / copyright concerns — if you believe content on SlimUtils infringes on your copyright, send a DMCA notice with the required information (identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material's URL, your contact information, and a good-faith statement). We act on valid DMCA notices within 7 days.
- Security vulnerabilities — if you have discovered a security issue affecting SlimUtils, please disclose it responsibly via email. We appreciate coordinated disclosure and will credit you in a public acknowledgment if you wish.
What We Cannot Help With
- Saving your tool input — our tools intentionally do not save state on a server. If your browser tab crashed and you lost work, we cannot recover it. For ongoing work, use your browser's local storage features or copy results to another document.
- Account or login issues — there are no accounts on SlimUtils. Every tool is open to anyone without registration.
- Custom calculations on demand — we do not run individual calculations for users. Use the tool yourself; if it cannot do what you need, that is a feature request (see above).
Response Times
We are a small team and aim to respond to every email. Typical response times:
- Security disclosures: within 24 hours
- Bug reports affecting many users: within 1–2 business days
- Feature requests and tool suggestions: within 3–5 business days
- General questions: within 1 week
If you have not heard back after 10 business days, feel free to send a polite follow-up — your message may have ended up in a spam filter.
